Festas do Divino Espírito Santo: influência do modelo de império de Alenquer (Portugal) na festa de Natividade - Tocantins (Brasil)

This study is a short historical review on the start of festival celebrations of the Holy Spirit in Portugal and its expansion to the Portuguese colonies like Brazil, one of the places that followed the model of "empire" established in Alenquer. Portrays also the Feast of the Holy Spirit in Natividade, historic city of Tocantins State, and the influence on the format of the festival (celebrating and organizing mode) arising from the Portuguese colonizers.
